Kung Fu Grading in June 2024.
I joined the Japan Osaka Kung fu temple for 3 months between Mar - May 2024 and it was one of the best decisions of my life. In my time here, not only did I drastically improve my fitness and combat abilities, but I made amazing friends and companions that I will keep in touch with for life. The school fosters a collaborative environment where friendships can form during rigorous training that helps everyone support each other.
In my time at the school, I particularly enjoyed Sanda Kickboxing, Wing Chun and all the cardio we did during the week. I arrived at the school in fit shape, but I will be leaving in arguably the best shape of my life. Training is hard, but it gradually gets easier if you apply yourself and train with focus.
The culture at the school is very supportive and I found it very easy to get along with everyone, where we socialized within training and outside of class hours. Our Coach Chris is an expert at his craft where he taught many different martial art styles with skill and mastery. Alongside our amazing Coach, the Headmaster supplemented much of our learning with his mastery of martial arts and we were often in awe of his superior skill during demonstrations.
As the school is so well situated, it’s easy to travel to Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, Kobe or even Tokyo (if you fancy a nice adventure). In my 3 months as a student I had the opportunity to travel widely by myself, or with my friends from the school. Locally, the school is close to many wonderful restaurants, cafes, gyms and other amenties that make life easy and enjoyable here.
If you are considering coming to joining Japan Branch of China kunyu academy I would 100% recommend you take the leap of faith. I had the best time of my life here and you will not regret the decision. You will naturally have to train hard, work hard and apply yourself, but if you stay focused and open-minded, the experience will deliver unparalled benefits.
